I bought a livewire 9000 Otf a 320…
I bought a livewire 9000 Otf a 320 dollar knife in 40 days it’s broken spring broke off. Unacceptable in a Otf with this price point . I didn’t even deploy it that much not nearly as much as my Guardian Tactical 035 which I deploy 500 times a day minimum and it’s been over a year and it deploys now like it did the day I got it. To make things even worse knife center says to send it to Kershaw that they can’t do anything. They have a 60 day policy which should be 90. But even with the 60 day policy it’s been 40 days so they are wrong. BladeHQ would have fixed this wrong no questions asked even if it wereasked past 90 days. They’ll do grace periods like if it were 98-100 days they’d still honor it. But not knife center they won’t even honor a 40 days with a 60 day policy so make that make sense. Very disappointing. Do better knife center bc if you don’t fix this wrong in a big way then I’ll never buy another thing from you.
