Still have not received our order and can't get any help to bring this to a close. Shows in FedEx hands and LiTime will not ship us a new battery or deal with FedEx to get resolved. This order is weeks late now and holding up a project that should have completed 3 weeks ago. Will not use again due to lack of support.
