I ordered dummy tickets with a specific itinerary, but the tickets I received did not match the itinerary I requested. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and submitted multiple requests through the contact form on their website, but I have received no response. At this point, I am simply asking for a refund because the service I paid for was not delivered as requested.
