My 11 yr old bought a World cup "glass" for father's day. It showed a customizable pic on a glass. What was received was something plastic in nature with a cheap sticker. Reached out to customer service and they basically said I was lying...LOL. and that they have no reason for a refund or return. Although their About US page promises high quality products and service. Bit yeah. I am the liar...LOL.
