We had a very disappointing experience with Travelopod. Their customer service (Edin & Nick) was poor throughout the booking and travel process, including ticketing, seat assignments, and responding to travel-related inquiries. We encountered significant challenges during our trip and received little to no support when assistance was needed. It appeared that their primary focus was on securing the booking fee rather than providing quality customer service. Overall, using Travelopod was a waste of both our time and money. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agency to our friends, colleagues, or family members.
