I was super disappointed in the delivery. It was not clearly communicated that this piece would not be delivered inside. I paid additional money for what I thought was a white glove delivery service. Turns out it was only for a technician from Wayfair to come assemble the unit. I previously ordered a different piece of furniture from your company and had a great experience with white glove delivery. I anticipated the same. I was sad to walk outside and find a giant piece of box furniture on my porch that have been left out overnight. I am a single woman and had no way of carrying the large box in by myself and up the stairs. I wish this had been clearly communicated upon purchasing and paying additional money for assistance on delivery.
