Mykal was very polite
Mykal was very polite, pleasant and professional. He understood my concern, brought light to my unknowns about my purchase. Very knowledgeable. Made this experience less stressful. Mykal was definitely very helpful. If I have to call back for any other reason, I hope I am able to talk to Mykal. : ) : )
