BAAAADDD EXPERIENCE
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordered a dress that cost over $160, but the color I received was completely different from what was shown on the website. This was not a minor difference caused by lighting or screen settings—it was an entirely different color. The dress was useless for the event I purchased it for. To make matters worse, such an expensive dress arrived stuffed into a cheap plastic bag and completely wrinkled. The packaging did not reflect the quality or price of the item. The most frustrating part has been customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly insisted that the dress matched their photos and kept delaying the process by asking for more pictures, even after I had already provided clear evidence. They then offered an insulting partial refund instead of resolving the issue fairly. I wasted weeks waiting for this dress, only to receive the wrong item, and then had to spend even more time fighting for a solution. A company that values its customers should stand behind its products and take responsibility when it makes a mistake. I would never buy from this company again and cannot recommend it to anyone. If you expect the item you order to actually match the photos, shop elsewhere.
