Excellent service and beautiful teaware
I have purchased three pottery items from this company, and they were beautiful. They were carefully packaged and arrived in excellent condition. I had one order of tea that got “lost” in U.S. customs, never to be seen again, and they refunded the entire amount with no trouble at all. Customer service and response time to emails is excellent as well. I will definitely by from them again in the future.
