I ordered a slide over three months ago…
I ordered a slide over three months ago and have yet to receive it!! I constantly email customer service who keeps blaming the delay on customs. The product according to them has been in California for over 2 months in customs. I do not think it will ever show up, as other reviews have mentioned. To compensate me for the ridiculous delay they offered to send a Thermos night lite and other cheap things that would also take months to get here on the slow boat from China or not at all! No thank you. I did order a slide a few years ago and it arrived in 4 weeks. The slide was adorable. That was why I chose to order fresh m them again, but this experience has been horrible!
