They fixed the mess fedex made.
Their courier service (fedex) made a mistake and the package was lost. After getting nowhere with fedex (after several attempts and them even admitting they lost the package) they simply said "go deal with it at GMKtec". Frustrated I contacted them. They asked me for the complaint ticket number at fedex and said they would be in touch. Within 48 hours they solved the problem and gave me a full refund (I had an eye on one of their other products and wanted to buy it instead) even though it was not them but their courier messing up. Very happy with the quick service, even though the package was not received in this case. Like states above, my new purchase will be with them as well.
