HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Not only did I never receive my order, but working with their customer service is a nightmare! They hardly respond and when they do, it's short and unhelpful answers. They are being deceptive when it comes to getting my refund for my missing items. I followed their instructions to file with a third party app and they now say everything is not their responsibility. If you want your products and want honest people, i suggest shopping elsewhere. This entire company feels like you're better off shopping at Temu.
