We had a really difficult day because our 5:23 AM flight was canceled without any prior notification, and we were never informed about the change. We went to the assigned gate, only to be told by the airline staff that it was not the correct flight, which left us completely shocked, confused, and stressed. I immediately called the booking help line, where I was connected with Cody, who was absolutely outstanding. He remained incredibly patient, understanding, and professional throughout the entire call, carefully listened to our situation, and worked tirelessly to find us an alternative flight. His calm attitude, empathy, and dedication turned a very stressful experience into a manageable one.
