lost packages are considered delivered.
I orderd and i payed. Package was sent to the wrong address and payed the extra insurance incase the package was lost. Seel says it was outside the 7 day window and they couldnt do anything. It took longer than 7 days to get from china to not my address. Vaporesso is ignoring me and wont issue a refund or resend my items. Buyer beware. Update July 28th: nobody has tried to contact me and I will be surprised if they do. Too bad, I actually liked vaporesso products.
