Product never arrived
BUS0289223 I have asked for the past two weeks for a ship and arrival date. You have refused to supply any information. This transaction is being reported as fraud as you clearly have no intention of providing my product. ADDED: after 6 written requests to get a ship date, you finally reply to my 1 star review with "it should be there in 3-5 days." Not holding my breath.
