Amazing company support!!! Ran into a problem with delivery of my grooming vacuum/dryer and accessories which had me wondering if I’d made an expensive mistake. Reached out to the company and was absolutely wowed by Cassie who communicated professionally and kindly throughout the process and really heard and addressed my concerns quickly and thoroughly. Cassie and the team at Oneisall ended up transforming the whole situation so that I can say with confidence that this company stands behind their product! I have two dogs, of which one is a poodle, a breed famously difficult for grooming clippers to handle. The Oneisall works well! Dryer worked great on both my skittish dog and poodle saving so much time. Vacuum is fantastic-saves so much clean up! Very pleased with this product and can recommend it for poodle owners.
