Sellers should think carefully before using G2G
My experience as a seller with G2G has been extremely disappointing. I completed 2,100+ orders in around 6 months with 99.23% positive feedback, yet my seller account was permanently deactivated and around $500 was frozen. The main issue started with Google AI Pro listings. I initially provided activation links, and G2G warned me that this was the wrong category. I accepted the warning, apologized, and changed my delivery method to provide Gmail + password + activation details when buyers requested accounts. Despite this, G2G later treated the same issue as a “repeated violation” and permanently banned my selling permission. Ticket #5839226 was the final case. The violation referenced was G1789348379217ZG, which was already part of the previous warning. My concern is simple: if I made a new violation after the warning, I would accept the consequences. But using the same previously reported violation to permanently ban the seller feels extremely unfair. I also completed thousands of orders with overwhelmingly positive feedback, yet there was no meaningful consideration of my overall seller history. My funds are now frozen for 6 months, with G2G telling me to contact them again on April 1, 2027. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise sellers to carefully consider the risks before building a business on G2G. Read every policy extremely carefully, because even after correcting an issue, you may still face severe account restrictions. I regret relying so heavily on this platform and will be moving my business elsewhere.
