Don’t order from OutletRush!
Here is a summary of my experience with OutletRush: - Falsely advertised as Nordstroms when in reality they are in China. This is not clear until after the order is placed. - It took six weeks to get my order for three tops - The items were of poor quality. - I emailed customer service asking to return two of the items. I was asked for a reason and to send photos. They offered to refund me 10% of the order. I have been exchanging emails with them daily for over a week asking for the return address which they refuse to supply. I have turned this over to my credit card company. In the future, I’ll be more careful when ordering. DON’T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY’S DECEITFUL PRACTICES LIKE I DID.
