My Bad Experience with FoggyFly
**My Experience with FoggyFly – Please Be Careful** I am sharing my experience so other travelers can make an informed decision. I booked an American Airlines flight through FoggyFly. Shortly after receiving the booking confirmation email, I received a phone call informing me that the advertised fare was no longer available and that I would need to pay approximately **USD 500 more** to keep the reservation. At the same time, a **USD 477 charge from American Airlines** appeared on my credit card. I did not authorize this transaction directly with the airline, and I have already disputed the charge with MasterCard, which is currently investigating it. When I refused to pay the additional amount and expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I would lose the money associated with the reservation. Before ending the call, the representative said they would send me the e-ticket, but at the time of writing this review, I had not received it. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution before booking with this agency. If you choose to do so, pay with a credit card, avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive your e-ticket, and verify directly with the airline that your ticket has actually been issued. This review reflects my personal experience.
