I have had nothing but trouble with most of the agents I have spoken with. When I ordered a washer and dryer I realized they were gas, not electric so I tried to cancel the order but they are closed on weekends. So first thing Monday morning I called to cancel the order. I was told it was canceled. I ordered an electric washer from them on the 29th of June and at that time I was told the other order was not canceled so I went through the process again. I spoke with Sery that time and she was very helpful and assured me that the order was canceled and the only thing I was buying was a washer. I kept looking at my charges and nothing changed. I kept calling and got a different response every time. One agent said I would have to pay restocking fee. I asked him why because I canceled the order asap. He could not explain it he just sat silent on the phone. It is July 15 and they just texted me to say my washer would be delivered tomorrow. Now it’s been more than two weeks since I ordered the washer and they still have not fixed the charges for the order that was canceled. I will never do business with them again. I wish I had read the reviews first. Please stay away from this company.
