Ignored cancellations and terrible customer service!
Review: I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Their customer support is unresponsive, and their shipping practices are completely unacceptable. After ordering a case, I confirmed my color selection on July 24th and received an order confirmation on July 27th. When August 3rd rolled around with absolutely no shipping updates, I sent a formal request to cancel my order and purchased a replacement elsewhere. Someone from their team replied to my cancellation on August 4th, yet on August 6th, they completely ignored my cancellation request and shipped the item anyway! To make matters worse, they are now completely ignoring my emails demanding a full refund and a prepaid return label for the unwanted package. Dispatching an order days after a formal cancellation is an appalling way to do business. I am now escalating the matter to the ACCC. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
