Remember to purchase extended warranty, else you will regret.
I purchased a Lenovo door lock because I believed it was a reputable brand that would provide long term reliability. Unfortunately, the lock started experiencing issues after approximately 6 - 7 months of use. The product came with only a 1 year warranty, and I regret not arranging for repairs while it was still within the warranty period. The lock operates through the Tuya app, which is a third-party application, and I found the setup process quite troublesome. Another concern is the battery performance. After charging the battery and reinstalling it into the lock, the Tuya app often experiences delays, making it difficult to accurately view the remaining battery level. Whenever I encountered problems, I first contacted the salesperson. She was polite and helpful, but was unable to resolve the technical issues and referred me to the support team. Unfortunately, the support contact provided did not answer my calls. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to consider their purchase carefully. If you do decide to buy this door lock, I strongly recommend opting for an extended warranty for additional peace of mind.
