Can't find my order but took my money
I ordered an item from the website and got an order confirmation with an order number on screen (which I took a screen shot of), but did not receive an order confirmation per email. I tried to contact the customer service per email, which was an AI bot that could not "find my order". I asked it to put me in touch with a human, which it said it would do but did not. I checked my bank statement and saw that they had charged me for my order, and I then called the companies customer support number, which was an answering machine asking me to leave my full name and email address, so that they could contact me by email. In essence, my order seems to be missing despite my payment going through, and there is no way to get in touch with a real human about it. This very much seems like a scam. Update: They did come through with the order in the end. So not a scam, just absolutely terrible customer service.
