Camera strap was like a cheap belt…
I bought this product (£70) expecting a 100% leather strap. When I opened the packaging, I was disappointed. This looks and feels more like bonded leather (a plasticised composite), a much cheaper alternative to 100% leather. It has a plastic/rubber feel and weight, with a slight leather smell. Like a cheap belt. I’m sure it’s strong, waterproof and very durable but it wasn’t what I expected at this price point. It’s a shame the company couldn’t be upfront about it.
