Terrible customer service and technical support. Extremely high rates. Tech team did not resolve my issues related to their click to pay. They just gave up and never called me back. Then they want to charge $1000 to have our tokens released to our new provider. I would not recommend Fortis. Update: Fortis responded to my review asked me to call them to discuss how they can help address my concerns. So I called, they kept me on hold for 42 minutes did not offer any resolution.
