I sent no fewer than ten emails…
I sent no fewer than ten emails requesting a refund for a product that arrived in unbelievably poor quality. Despite contacting the company through three different email addresses, I never received a single response. On top of that, their phone number is completely unreachable. This company is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs. I was ripped off and would strongly advise anyone not to buy from them.
