Subject: Commendation for Diago - Exceptional Customer Service Dear Inogen Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received regarding my recent purchase of an Inogen One G4. I had the pleasure of working with Diago, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to clearly explain the differences between the various models and never pressured me into making a purchase. When I asked for his personal recommendation, he remained professional and objective, empowering me to make the decision that was best for my needs. I feel very fortunate that Diago was the associate who assisted me. The Inogen Concentrator Store is truly lucky to have such a dedicated and professional employee on their team.
