I paid AED 1,500 for their service because I had a time-sensitive situation. I told the consultant, Mr. Harpreet Singh, from the outset that I would be flying back to my home country within a few weeks and needed advice on the quickest and correct process. I also explained that I already had a valid US transit visa and asked whether that would make applying for a US tourist visa easier or faster. I was assured that my case would be straightforward, so I followed their advice. Then, two days before my flight out of Dubai, the consultant stopped responding to my messages. Since I was running out of time, I contacted the US Embassy in Dubai directly. The embassy informed me that the process I had been advised to follow was incorrect. In other words, I had paid for professional guidance but was given advice that the embassy itself said was the wrong process. The most frustrating part wasn't just the incorrect advice—it was being left without support at the most critical stage of my application after paying for a premium service. For anyone considering their services, I'd strongly recommend doing your own research and, if in doubt, contacting the US Embassy directly before relying on a visa consultant.
