I think this review is for the Tiffany necklace I won in the giveaway but I never received the necklace. The tracking number shows it’s still in California. I’ve reached out, team said they would ship it but it never arrived. Not sure what to think of this. I shop with the company often and this is the 1st time I’ve had issues. However, my overall experience with FO has been positive. Most items are in its described condition or better.
