Do I want to answer the phone at midnight? But what about my customers issues?
I own a chain of 24 hour, unattended laundromats and receive calls and enquiries at any time of the day or night. Quo has been a great asset to my business as I am able to use many automated responses to answer these calls. I keep a list of pre-written snippets so I can quickly respond to most other questions. I have only used the customer service of Quo a few times but each time my questions were answered quickly and if I had an issue there was continued follow-up and responses until it was completely corrected. My use will definitely expand as I look at the other services they continue to introduce. So here is the details of the last issue we worked through. I noticed the bubbles on my main app screen showing Open messages wasn't clearing. I sent in a comment to customer service. I received an email back about the issue and that they were working on it, I also got an email that it should be OK, I found that I needed a new message to come in to clear the bubble, no big deal but they did respond when I told them. Next I saw a bubble go to a negative number, they responded quickly to acknowledge the issue and also when it was fixed. We all know there will be some bugs as programming is changed but this was some great response for something that for me was just an inconvenience.
