Absolutely Terrible Experience – Never Ordering from FNP Again I placed an order the night before my mother's birthday and paid extra for a fixed-time delivery because my elderly parents sleep early, and I specifically needed the delivery before 5:00 PM IST. What is unacceptable is that FNP never informed me that they were unable to fulfill my order. I only discovered something was wrong because I checked the order status myself and saw it was "On Hold." Had I not contacted customer support, I genuinely believe no one would have informed me that my order wasn't going to be delivered. When I contacted support, I was simply told that the selected time slot was "not possible" and then informed that delivery wasn't possible at all on my mother's birthday. The only option offered was full-day delivery the next day, which is completely pointless for a birthday celebration. By then, it was already too late for me to place an order with another company because I had trusted FNP and paid a premium for a guaranteed fixed-time delivery. To make matters even worse, after cancelling the order, FNP automatically refunded my MONEY as FNP Cash without asking for my consent. I had to argue with customer support just to get my refund processed back to my original debit card. Only after repeated requests and complaints was my refund request finally escalated, and I was then told it would take 7–10 working days to receive my own money back. - FNP failed to deliver a service that I paid extra for. - FNP never proactively informed me about the issue. I had to discover the problem myself. - I lost the opportunity to order from another vendor. - My mother's birthday surprise was completely ruined. - My money was initially held as store credit instead of being refunded to my original payment method. Offering a free cake for the next day or extra FNP Cash does not fix the fact that you ruined an important family occasion. This experience reflects a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care. I will never use FNP again and cannot recommend them to anyone who is relying on them for an important occasion. If you promise fixed-time delivery and charge extra for it, you should honor that commitment—or at the very least, inform your customer immediately instead of waiting for them to discover the problem themselves.
