I placed and fully paid for my order #ATKGR56622 back on June 25th. The order included a keyboard along with three promotional gifts (translucent keycaps, an aviator coiled cable, and a mystery gift). Instead of a prompt shipment, this company dragged its feet for an entire month. My package was just sitting in their warehouse while the Shopify status remained frozen on "We bereiden je bestelling voor" (Preparing your order). To make matters worse, the estimated delivery date is now set for the 26th. Waiting more than a month for a gaming keyboard is absolutely unacceptable. The logistics are terrible, and the customer service is incredibly slow. If you value your time and want to get your gaming gear in a reasonable timeframe, stay away from this store and buy from competitors instead.
