Test & Messages not working/Customer Service
I have been trying to get the text & messages portion working on my mac. I have reached out to customer service and done all recommended steps and still can't get it to work. I am currently paying for something that is not working properly. My issue was supposed to be escalated on 7/14, but haven't heard back from anyone on the issue. Getting ready to cancel.
