Exceeded expectations
Hi Stuart, As part of our onboarding process, I conducted Cecile's two-week check-in this morning. We hold these meetings with all new hires as a best practice to ensure they have the support, resources, and guidance needed for success. I'm pleased to say that Cecile has exceeded our expectations. She has demonstrated an exceptional work ethic, strong communication skills, and outstanding follow-through. She recently adjusted her schedule to 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (PST), and this morning she was engaged and responsive from the moment her shift began. Cecile shared that she has all the tools and resources she needs to be successful. She works closely with our Systems & Project Manager, Sara, and spoke very highly of the support and direction she has received. She is comfortable with her responsibilities, proactive in asking thoughtful questions when needed, and eager to learn. Overall, Cecile has been an outstanding addition to our team. We are extremely pleased with our hiring decision and look forward to continuing our partnership with BruntWork. Stuart, thank you for the outstanding service with the onboarding transition.
