1 star. Lilian Davidson. Two months of failed appointments and a prescription that still isn't filled. I was a patient of Lilian Davidson's from May through July 2026 for an ongoing prescription. The appointments themselves were fine when they happened. Everything around them fell apart. Here is the actual record, taken from my own portal messages: - May 20. The appointment never started. I sat in the Zoom waiting room and messaged Dr. Davidson asking if we were still on. Nobody answered until the next morning. - June 12. Dr. Davidson's scheduling calendar offered me a 4:00 PM Friday slot. I booked it and paid for it. I was then told the office closes at 4:00 on Fridays and there was no availability that day. So her calendar was advertising hours the practice doesn't work, and I had already paid and planned my day around it. - June 15. I ran out of medication. The pharmacy needed a direct authorization call from the prescriber. I gave Davidson's office the pharmacy's phone number. Seven hours later I got a reply saying the drug was on backorder. I managed to find a pharmacy to fill it without their help. - July 13 through today. This month's prescription still has not gone through. I have called HEB myself on four separate days to find out the status of my own prescription. HEB has asked for the same single piece of information three times, my last visit date. I relayed that request to Davidson's office three times. The prescription has now been rejected twice for missing it. I am still out of medication as I write this. In two months, nobody from Dr. Davidson's office ever contacted me first. Not once. Every update I got, I went and got myself. Every requirement the pharmacy had, I found out on my own and passed along. When I finally said I was going to escalate, the response was that I should cancel my appointment and find a provider who is a better fit, along with a reminder that messages get answered within 48 hours. Forty eight hours is the problem. That was the whole complaint. I should not have to chase a licensed practitioner through a message portal to get a routine refill sent to a pharmacy correctly. And telling a patient to leave is not an answer to a patient telling you what is broken.
