Paperpal's Grammar checking program - Zero Support and no .DOC files
Paperpal's Grammar checking program gave some good suggestions, but we lost all formatting and styles when converting it back to .doc filetype from .docx Paperpal provided Zero Support for a paying customer! I've emailed their support 3 (maybe 4 or 5) times over several months with zero response. (?!?) Instead I have received over 20 sales emails from them! (Somebody, or some AI, is asleep at the wheel) Oh, and they turned on recurring billing after I tried to pause my "subscription. Had to dispute it with my bank. That's 40 minutes wasted.
