Passed a FundedX Instant evaluation. Dashboard confirmed payout eligibility. The moment I requested payout, the account was flagged for "Account Sharing - multiple IPs connected to account". I am the only user of the account. The IPs were my iPhone and iPad on my own home Wi-Fi, which is ordinary multi device behaviour and produces different IPs. I sent a formal dispute on 8 July asking for one thing: the specific IP addresses and timestamps they relied on. I offered device details and ISP records to prove it. No response. Sent a follow up on 12 July with a deadline. No response to that either. FundedX states publicly that whenever there is a breach they always provide clear and detailed evidence so traders understand exactly what happened. They also advertise a 24-hour payout guarantee. I have had nine days of silence and two unanswered emails. Everything worked until the moment I asked to be paid.
