I was told that the Discord team handles the contest and that you can't help me. I was also banned from the Discord server for sharing my experience. Hi guys I want to share my experience with ATK's recent contest so others know what to expect before participating. I joined a contest where the rules were simple: purchase and review the X1 Air, post a review on social media, and send the link. I did exactly that—bought the product, used it, posted an honest review, and submitted it. After I won, ATK told me I didn't meet the requirements because the product I reviewed wasn't the one I had purchased. The problem is: that condition was never stated in the rules. Nowhere in the contest terms did it say the product must be purchased from a specific source or that it had to match the review product. I've tried to explain my case multiple times. I've shown them that I followed the rules they published. They've responded by changing their reasoning and refusing to honor the prize. This isn't about a mouse anymore—it's about fairness. If ATK can change the rules after a contest ends, then no one can trust their competitions. To anyone considering joining an ATK contest in the future: read the rules carefully, save a copy, and be aware that they might not honor them.
