The course is very comprehensive
The course is very comprehensive. The depth of information broadened my understanding of yoga beyond the asanas. The live classes are very helpful. Students are able to receive live feedback and have questions answered on everything from yoga philosophy, anatomy, asanas, meditation sutra, etc. I found the feedback sessions very helpful. I would highly recommend YogaRenew for anyone interested in learning more about yoga, and to become certified.
