To be fair, the shipping was very fast and everything went smoothly at first. I understand that manufacturing defects can happen with any product. My problem is not just the defect, but the unacceptable attitude of the customer support.I ordered a SUP board where the safety valve was not installed properly, it was just left loose. I tried to put it in and fix it myself, but it was leaking air and completely failed to hold pressure, making the board unusable and dangerous. Support literally admitted in writing that the item is LIFE-THREATENING and told me NOT to use it.However, instead of an immediate refund or replacement, they are now stalling for time. They actually sent me a YouTube video and asked me to DIY-repair a faulty safety valve on a water sports equipment by myself!This is a massive safety hazard. Because of this shocking attitude, I absolutely do not recommend this shop to anyone. Order ID: 116726056
