Excellent customer service.
My ordered some swimming costumes from Floweraup a company she found on Facebook so when they came she found them too small them i thought here we go again!!. But to my surprise when I asked for return address they as their distribution plant was in Asia it would take a long time to return they offered to keep the goods and a refund of 70% of my money to which I accepted thinking that's the last I have seen of that. To my surprise the money was back in bank the next day, a top class service well done Floweraup she will using your company again in the future you have some different products to the norm.
