Overpriced tickets and no refund
Very disappointing experience. Rail Ninja charged me around 2–3 times more than the typical ticket price, which I only discovered afterward. When I contacted them and asked for a refund, they refused to return the money. The whole experience felt misleading and unfair. I would recommend checking the official railway website before booking through them.
