I preferred to place my order directly with Asian Brush Painters instead of using Amazon but I regret my choice. 1. I never received my order, despite their "100% Happiness Guarantee” and the charges that were processed. 2. Their Order History doesn’t list the order I placed 3. Their Contact interface doesn’t reply to my messages. 4. They email contact at " lulu-at-asianbrushpainters.com” bounces back. 5. For months after placing my order, their website showed a marketing message sharing my purchase (which I never received)
