Wish I could give the website 0
Wish I could give the website 0! The toys are phenomenal but the website it an actual embarassment. MOST of their products, including very current and popular ones, either don't appear on the website at all or have extremely minimal or even 0 info available to be viewed. Literally the best you can possibly hope for is a very vague overview that is usually about a whole collection and not about specific products from it. Pray tell, who in the hell is going to visit the website wanting to get way WAY less information than they would get from using Google or from any website that sells their products? That brings me to the next outrageous shortcoming. They straight up don't sell their own products. I do not care what their excuses are for that, it's just downright dumb. Is a more expensive to sell directly? Then do what every single other company with that problem does and make the website prices higher than everywhere else's prices. It's an EXTREMELY COMMON practice and it makes sense. Most people will buy elsewhere for cheaper which limits the sales to a manageable amount. If other places sell out of something that somebody wants immediate and is willing to pay extra for to get sooner then they would have the option, which benefits them but also obviously Zuru. But no, they'd rather keep everything looking and functioning like they were formed just yesterday instead of making any real effort like any self respecting well established brand should be trying to do. Nobody likes their website but they don't care so apparently it exists just for them and not for customers. I wish the products that I want were made by a company that takes enough pride in what they do to have a real, functional, useful website instead of one that looks and functions like they paid someone's 15 year old nephew to spend a weekend making it.
