REVIEW
Loved this class and got a lot out of it, the content is genuinely helpful and I'd recommend it. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason: student involvement. I wish I'd had more chances to actually apply what I was learning. There were activities, but I'd have gotten more out of a homework component, problems that take longer than five minutes. For example, break down a real process, identify the bottleneck and work out what could be done to fix it. If you're not familiar with the process, go do your own research. That kind of assignment forces you to use the tools instead of just recognizing them. Application matters a lot for this material. Add that piece, and it's a 5-star course.
