I contacted Hygger to inquire where I could source a replacement plug for my light. Emma made sure it was the plug that was the issue and confirmed the specific fixture I had the issue with. She then informed me that my fixture was under warranty. Emma shipped out a new plug at no expense. Hygger is fortunate to have Emma working on their behalf.
