Items charged but not delivered by Walmart
I placed a delivery order which included 2 packs of double curtain rods. There are 2 rods in each pack. I was charged for two packs but did not receive them. I went through the chats and finally got a call from customer service rep who was polite and helpful. She promised a fund plus tax for the two packs. However, I was refund for one pack. No explanation for the non=delivery. Now I'm starting over attempting to get refunded for the 2nd pack. THis is annoying and frustrating. Going to try Food Lion delivery next time.
