My Experience With ACL
The ships are spotless clean everywhere. The daily onshore tours are very informative. The evening briefings prior to next day arrivals are very valuable. The entire staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. Really great corporate culture going on here. The only thing I didn't like was that there are no healthy meal options on their daily menus. Very difficult to eat clean. For a first time cruiser you would need to be aware that the demographic of the customers seems to be primarily people over age 70. Many of whom are not very mobile. That can be offputting if you are not aware of it when signing up. Virtually all of the customers we encountered were retirees.
