No Shipment Info Ever Sent
In Italy they use the courrier company Lecardi- you learn this only after complaining. Illy does not send you e-mails to advise the courrier company, delivery date or shipment number. If the courrier arrives and you're not home (becuase you didn't know about it) they try again. If no luck again- return to sender.
