5+ years of Excellent Customer Service, and a team of Capable individuals!
We have been booking flight tickets with Aman, Tushar and Ankit for 5 plus years now for my entire family. Not just to India, but flights internationally as well. They have helped us bag great deals and scoured the web for the best flights. They ensure we get our 2 bags per person, good seats, proper meals (and mostly we are the first to be served on flights). They call us 48-72 hours before the flight for a reminder. We have booked flights from Toronto to Mumbai, to Japan, to London, etc., and through multiple different airlines. Every time it has been an easy booking process. Their service is spot on and respecting our choices but always watching out for us, letting us know if an airline like Indigo that's up and above right now - and not to book with them. They are available on call, on whatsapp as well. That makes us go back to them time and again. My review is only recent, but its a cumulation of multiple years of reservations. We have referred them to many people and will continue to do so!
